Hartwell Health Care Center

Hartwell Health Care Center is a 92-bed long term care facility located in Hartwell, GA adjacent to Hart County Hospital.  As a part of the local community for many years, we pride ourselves in the services we provide to the area.  Our residents are provided with the best available services in the area from local physicians, nurses, certified nursing assistants, dentists, dieticians, pharmacists, activities and more. 

Our mission is to continuously work toward meeting the needs of our residents.  Activities are developed by our Activities Director.  These may include (but are not limited to) music events, trips, games, crafts, exercise and books. 

In situations where a resident needs assistance for social and emotional needs a full-time social worker is readily available.  All of our residents are treated with care, dignity and respect.  We strive to meet the needs of our residents-- medically, spiritually and emotionally.
